Full Job Description
Who We Are Looking For

As Director, Product Management, you will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Crisis24 Horizon, Crisis24's flagship SaaS platform serving enterprise customers globally through both direct and partner channels.

Reporting to the VP, Product Management, you will be accountable for defining and executing the product vision, portfolio strategy, and investment priorities for a global portfolio supporting a substantial nine-figure revenue stream. You will partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, Operations, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure the platform delivers meaningful customer outcomes and measurable business impact.

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for a Product Management organization of 13 professionals, including three Senior Product Managers leading teams across Platform & Integrations, Mass Notification Solutions, and Risk Management Solutions. The organization works alongside approximately 60-70 engineers delivering capabilities that support enterprise customers worldwide.

The portfolio supports both direct customer relationships and strategic partner ecosystems, including B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C business models.

Success requires balancing enterprise customer needs with scalable partner enablement, platform extensibility, and long-term business growth.

As Crisis24 continues to invest in Horizon as its long-term strategic platform, this role will lead one of the company's most important initiatives: accelerating customer migration from legacy solutions, expanding Horizon's capabilities, and enabling scalable growth across both direct and partner-driven channels.

What You'll Do

Define Product Strategy & Portfolio Direction
  • Define and communicate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Horizon platform and associated Enterprise & Commercial solutions.
  • Establish portfolio priorities and investment recommendations aligned to company objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead platform evolution and modernization initiatives, balancing investment in Horizon with the successful migration of customers from legacy products.
  • Develop product strategies that support multiple go-to-market motions, including direct enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, embedded offerings, and partner-distributed solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, operational efficiency, and market differentiation.
  • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for major investments, partnerships, and platform initiatives.

Drive Business Performance
  • Own portfolio performance, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer insights, market intelligence, product analytics, and commercial performance data to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities across direct and indirect channels, ensuring products effectively support both enterprise customers and strategic partner ecosystems.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies that support portfolio growth and profitability.

Lead and Develop Product Leaders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop three Senior Product Managers responsible for Platform & Integrations, Mass Notification Solutions, and Risk Management Solutions.
  • Build leadership capability across the broader Product Management organization through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Establish and continuously improve Product Management operating practices, governance frameworks, and portfolio management disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage thoughtful adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness, decision-making, and speed to market.

Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships
  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to align product strategy, technical direction, and investment priorities.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, and other business functions.
  • Influence strategic decisions and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with Partnership and Business Development teams to ensure product investments support strategic alliances, channel growth, and emerging distribution opportunities.
  • Represent Product Management in executive discussions, customer engagements, strategic initiatives, and industry-facing activities.
  • Serve as the senior Product Management leader for the Enterprise & Commercial portfolio, providing visibility into performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience within software or SaaS organizations.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including leading Product Managers and developing future product leaders.
  • Demonstrated success defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise software products.
  • Experience leading product organizations through growth, transformation, platform modernization, or customer migration initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios with significant commercial responsibility, multiple stakeholder groups, and diverse routes to market.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with prioritization, investment decisions, pricing, packaging, and business case development.
  • Experience establishing and scaling Product Management operating practices, governance models, and portfolio management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, Operations, and Partnership functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience leading Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing platform-based products serving enterprise customers globally.
  • Experience supporting partner-led, embedded, marketplace, B2B2B, or B2B2C business models.
  • Experience with platform transformation, product consolidation, customer migration, or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting products within risk management, security operations, intelligence, crisis management, duty of care, mass notification, or related industries.

Reporting Structure & Place of Work
  • This role reports directly to the VP, Product Management and works closely with senior leaders across Engineering, Commercial, Customer Success, Operations, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • The candidate is preferably located near Crisis24's regional office in Annapolis, US, to work in the office at the company's discretion.
  • Candidate must have the right to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Candidate would have to pass a pre-employment check.
