What you'll do: - Leading a team of product developers that lead Member's Mark product lifecycle management by developing, monitoring, and managing product specifications to meet quality and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout product development.
- Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze trends to inform product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement business strategies, financial models, and cost reduction plans to optimize performance and profitability.
- Manage large-scale projects, providing updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across product development and delivery processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
