Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and revenue targets for all premium inventory at Rocket Arena.
  • Lead the full premium sales cycle for corporate accounts and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and lead the Premium Sales & Service team, focusing on hiring and coaching.
  • Design and oversee the premium service model to maximize account retention.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships to identify B2B leads and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the senior sales lead for complex premium deals and custom hospitality packages.
  • Maintain accurate premium pipeline and account records in Salesforce and report on key metrics.
  • Set pricing and inventory strategy for premium products in alignment with the Vice President.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director, Premium Sales & Service leads the Cleveland Sirens' premium revenue strategy - suites, floor seats, premium clubs and hospitality experiences at Rocket Arena - from first pitch through renewal. This leader owns the full premium sales cycle and the service model that keeps premium Guests coming back and will play a defining role in shaping what a premium experience looks like at a Sirens game from the franchise's very first season. Reporting to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service, this leader builds relationships with corporate decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals, leads a team focused on both new premium sales and premium account service. The ideal candidate combines strong new-business sales instincts with a service mindset - someone who closes the deal and then makes sure the account renews for years to come.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the strategy and revenue targets for all premium inventory, including suites, courtside seating, premium clubs and group hospitality experiences at Rocket Arena.
  • Lead the full premium sales cycle - prospecting, proposals, site visits, negotiation and contract execution - for corporate accounts and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and lead the Premium Sales & Service team, including hiring, coaching, one-on-ones and professional development for all direct reports.
  • Design and own the premium service model - onboarding, in-season touchpoints, benefit fulfillment and renewal strategy - to maximize premium account retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Corporate Partnerships to identify and develop B2B leads and cross-sell opportunities between sponsorship and premium seating.
  • Be the senior sales lead on the largest and most complex premium deals, including multi-year suite leases and custom hospitality packages.
  • Maintain accurate premium pipeline and account records in Salesforce, and report on premium revenue, renewal rates and account health to the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.
  • Set pricing and inventory strategy for premium products in partnership with Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sports management, sales or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant sales experience, including 3+ years leading a premium seating, suite sales or hospitality sales and service team.
  • Experience selling and servicing premium seating and suites in sports, entertainment or a comparable high-touch hospitality environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with corporate and high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g., SeatGeek, AXS, SuitePro).
  • A service-oriented mindset paired with strong new-business sales instincts.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, Guest-facing, start-up-style environment as the Sirens build toward their first season.

  • Base Salary + Annual Bonus + Commission.
