Job Summary

The Director, Performance Management ensures timely creation of critical Executive and Health plan management performance reviews, as well as providing clear, consistent measurement framework and insights. This role is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring standardized growth, retention, enrollment, and operational performance metrics across the organization. Drives alignment on how performance is measured and interpreted across interdepartmental stakeholders. Partners with data and analytics teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable reporting that supports performance management and decision-making.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Design and develop standardized reporting framework and tools to efficiently measure, monitor, and communicate market share performance.
• Define and maintain consistent metrics, baselines, targets, and performance indicators to support enterprise-wide performance management.
• Partner with analytics, IT, and data teams to validate data integrity, definitions, and usability of performance reporting.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in how performance results are presented, interpreted, and compared across health plans• Collaborate with health plan growth and community engagement team to ensure alignment between performance metrics and business objectives.
• Act as a liaison to all other internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of standardized measurement approaches.
• Provide fact-based insights to support performance reviews, escalation decisions, and leadership discussions.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent of 7 years+ in Managed Care or Medicare related field.

Required Experience
• 10+ years operational experience with Managed Care and/or Medicare.
Strong experience in performance measurement, reporting, and analytics translation.
• Strong communication and team/interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to initiate and maintain cross-team relationships.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure standardized measurement approaches are adopted.
• Knowledge of applicable state, federal and third-party regulations.

Preferred Education

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
