Position Summary...The Director, People leads the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective organizational change management and compliance with applicable laws and policies. This role directs HR practices, data analysis, and talent management initiatives to support workforce capability and engagement. Collaborating cross-functionally, the Director provides guidance on HR matters, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of integrity and accountability. The position requires strong leadership to influence business outcomes while maintaining confidentiality and promoting operational excellence across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
