The Opportunity:Under the direction of the managing partner overseeing Patient Programs, the Director is responsible for participating and overseeing the strategic, budgetary, and operational activities of the Specialty Services programs. The Director is responsible for the operation of our full range of services for specific programs. The Director will participate in related projects and perform functions as may be required, from time to time.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):- Program Staff Management & Strategic Oversight (Program dependent, coaching, performance management)
- Direct the efforts of the team in developing project plans for the business owner
- Lead strategic client partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery while proactively planning for program growth, scalability, and evolving client needs.
- Present strategic and operational plans for the development of key business units, continued companygrowthand profitability
- Make recommendationsinthe development of long-term strategies
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions
- Provides strategic direction and influences key program decisions ensuring best outcomes
- Ensure ongoing profitability of Portfolio of Programs
- Oversee Program Specific Material Development (WI's, guidance documents)
- Manage the financials of the department, in conjunction with finance
- Develop RACI for each program (manage the roles of PM/CSM)
- Ensure Program and Customer Service Excellence (employees and clients)
- Business Development (Networking, research, stakeholder relations)
- Lead proposal-writing, contracting,assistin client presentations and pricing
- Take a primary role in establishing/assigningappropriate accountmanagement implementation
- Oversee QMS (Capa/ Deviations/ Quarterly updates/ key contact for Director, Quality)
- Responsible for talent management, including training, teammotivationand career development strategies
- Additionalduties asassigned by the manager.
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:- University degree in applicable field
- Broad knowledge and training in the fields of business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations
- 7 years of experience
- 5 years in a progressive management role
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry considered an asset
- General knowledge of reimbursement, patientassistanceprograms, database elements, functionality and operational policies and processes
- Understanding of the direction of technology,trendsand strategic business impact
- on key clients
- Dynamic leader who can energize multi-disciplinary work teams to learn and apply new skills and/or techniques that respond to business needs
- Knowledge of full-service call center programs
- Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget
- Strong customer/client management background
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing,planningand executing projects from vision through to implementation
- Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a demonstratedtrack recordof new concept development for various projects
- Critical thinking skills, creative and innovative solutions to internal or external
- client needs

- The anticipated base salary hiring range for this role is $140K to $150K annually. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
