Full Job Description
About the Role:

Glean is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Director, Partner Marketing to build and scale a high-impact partner marketing motion across cloud, technology, channel, consulting, and ecosystem partners.

In this role, you will turn strategic partnerships into measurable business outcomes by building and executing integrated "to, through, and with" partner marketing programs. You will work at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and PR/Comms to develop joint go-to-market plans, launch co-marketing campaigns, enable partners with the right messaging and assets, and build the operating rhythm, measurement, and repeatable programs that help Glean accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

You should be equally comfortable setting strategy with senior leaders, managing cross-functional alignment, and rolling up your sleeves to get programs into the market. This is a highly visible role for someone who can connect long-term ecosystem opportunities to near-term execution, build structure where needed, and scale what works.

You will:

  • Lead and scale Glean's partner marketing strategy to drive pipeline, revenue, and strategic growth.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners, including campaigns, events, content, launches, and co-sell initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align partner motions with GTM priorities.
  • Build scalable partner marketing frameworks, campaign templates, and enablement materials to improve execution consistency and speed.
  • Own end-to-end partner marketing execution, including planning, prioritization, messaging alignment, orchestration, and performance analysis.
  • Create partner-facing assets and programs that help partners understand Glean's value proposition and generate demand effectively.
  • Establish reporting, measurement, and ROI tracking for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to optimize partner marketing operations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary marketing counterpart to the Partnerships team, helping prioritize investments and scale high-impact partner programs.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner, field, or channel marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline, revenue influence, partner engagement, and market awareness.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and partner types, including cloud providers, ISVs/technology partners, channel/VARs, consulting/SI/GSI partners, and how different go-to-market motions work across them.
  • Experience developing joint business plans, co-marketing campaigns, MDF programs, partner communications, and partner enablement programs in close partnership with Sales and Partnerships teams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align and influence stakeholders across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, PR, Events, and Operations internally and externally.
  • Strategic, execution-oriented, and analytical, with experience building scalable programs, driving results in high-growth environments, and using pipeline, campaign, and ROI data to inform investment decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets, co-marketing investments, and MDF programs, with a builder mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity to create structure and scalable processes.
