  • Serve as executive steward of AbbVie's culture, ensuring priorities are clear, visible, differentiated, measurable, and connected to enterprise outcomes.
  • Create and execute a multi-year culture amplification roadmap that extends beyond HR processes and activates culture through leadership, organizational systems, business practices, and employee experiences.

  • Establish governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms that sustain the enterprise culture agenda.

Enterprise Integration & Business Enablement
  • Partner with business functions to translate enterprise culture priorities into relevant functional and local actions while preserving a coherent enterprise direction.
  • Identify and influence the operational levers that reinforce culture, including processes, methodologies, incentives, measures, decision practices, role modeling, and resource allocation.
  • Build mechanisms that connect culture to business performance, innovation, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and strategy execution.
  • Advise transformation leaders on the mindsets, behaviors, capabilities, and adoption of conditions required for sustainable change.

meta-AbbVie & Talent Strategy Integration
  • Position culture as a connective enterprise capability across meta-AbbVie, talent, leadership, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, employee listening, and AI-enabled work.

  • Exceptional executive presence, credibility, facilitation, storytelling, and influence across levels, functions, and geographies.
  • Consulting-caliber problem solving with the ability to diagnose complex organizational issues and translate ambiguity into focused action.
  • Deep expertise in culture transformation, organizational effectiveness, behavioral change, employee listening, leadership effectiveness, and large-scale change.
  • Strong business acumen and an outcome-oriented approach to value creation in a complex, global, regulated environment.
