Director, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) to lead our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across multiple locations.

Your Role in Our Mission:As the
Director, Opioid Treatment Programs, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for ESPH's licensed OTP clinics. You will lead multi-site operations, supervise clinic leadership, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with federal and state requirements while expanding access to treatment in the communities we serve.
This role blends leadership, compliance, financial stewardship, and program development. You will guide teams providing daily dosing and recovery support, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help shape the future growth of ESPH's substance use services.

What You'll Do:- Provide daily operational oversight of OTP clinics to ensure smooth, compliant service delivery.
- Supervise Clinic Supervisors and support interdisciplinary teams including nurses, counselors, and administrative staff.
- Ensure adherence to SAMHSA, DEA, HIPAA, state, and payer regulations.
- Monitor documentation, dosing protocols, and treatment planning standards.
- Participate in planning and the implementation of new OTP service locations and program expansion.
- Develop and manage program budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with HR, Quality, Compliance, Finance, and Pharmacy to support program success.
- Represent ESPH in regulatory, community, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce development.
- Travel regularly between clinic sites to maintain strong operational presence.
What We're Looking For:- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare operations.
- Licensure Requirement: LCAS required, Dual full licensure preferred; LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
- Experience working in or managing an Opioid Treatment Program strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state OTP regulations and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations, budgets, and teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid, unrestricted state appropriate driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to travel regularly between OTP clinics with a personal vehicle following the mileage reimbursement policy or utilizing a company vehicle.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational systems.
