ADP is hiring a Director, Operations - Sales Compliance & Ethics

You will serve a key role in supporting the Sales Compliance Program operations and enhancements. You will deliver compliance program management and substantive guidance for Sales Compliance programs and risk areas. The role will also involve developing and managing programs and project work plans related to various Sales Compliance focus areas, evaluating and advising on substantive issues, scheduling, managing project deadlines and milestones, preparing and presenting on compliance-driven PowerPoint presentations, collaborating with the various functions and business units and driving projects forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support enhancements to the Sales Compliance & Ethics Program including working with Internal Audit on findings that impact the Sales area.
  • Assist with the overall project management of Sales Compliance programs through highly effective use of technology, business processes, and leveraging company associates and resources. Taking a proactive approach to protect ADP and its associates.
  • Manage project areas including developing and managing presentations, scheduling, technology, work streams, reports, monitoring, and vendor relationships.
  • Support for substantive compliance programs and risk areas, including reviewing and analyzing regulatory and legal guidance and provisions and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and provide guidance on adherence to, and implementation of compliance requirements. (GSO, Legal, Privacy, Corporate Compliance etc.)
  • Monitor project managed initiatives to ensure processes are being followed and goals achieved, including completing milestones on time and within budget and an effective change management process.
  • Ensure consistent rollout of compliance processes, initiatives, and training while maintaining effective communications with sales leadership.
  • Communicate changes in legal environment based on information from partners and work with stakeholders and technology teams to produce required outcomes.
  • Manage Win It Right meetings and program as well as training for new hires and continued WIR efforts.
  • Assist in the internal and external fraud prevention measures with the Global Security Organization.
  • Compliance Areas: CASL (Canada Anti-Spam Law), AML(Anti-Money Laundering), Trade Sanctions, Cannabis, Public Sector Anti-Bribery, Record Information Management, IRR Compliance, Business Security Incidents, Internal Fraud issues, Associate Safety, Litigation, Acquisitions, Data Review, RPT Reporting, KYC (Know your Customer,) DNC (Do Not Contact) as part of CAN-SPAM (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing), TCPA (Telephone User Protection Act).

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years extensive experience in supporting compliance program activities in large corporate environment, global experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful completion of high-level projects involving cross business and cross functional teams.
  • Experience with use of technology tools including experience applying technology to project planning and management, reporting, data gathering and collection, budgeting, cost control, and performance measurement.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with high level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have ability to work under pressure of time constraints, managing projects on a global scale.
  • Knowledge of human capital management industry, or components thereof, preferred.
  • Experience managing compliance related projects, with substantive compliance experience preferred.
  • Excellent consensus building, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with IT/Development teams and technology tools such as databases and dashboard reporting tools.
  • Proven skills in project management, organizational direction, organizational time management, leadership and motivation, interpersonal relations, and verbal/written communications.
  • Must have keen ability to collaborate effectively with all businesses and functions.
  • Enthusiastic work ethic.
