  • Develop and execute long-term commercial partnerships supporting large-scale energy projects
  • Lead cross-functional execution from diligence through approvals, contracting, and ongoing performance management.
  • Develop strategic external relationships with counterparties (developers, utilities, financiers, advisors) to expand pipeline and improve terms.
  • Influence market-enabling conditions through policy/regulatory engagement and industry collaboration.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, setting clear priorities, coaching talent, and scaling repeatable processes.

What you'll bring:
  • 8+ years in deal origination, energy procurement, project development, project finance, corporate development, strategic partnerships, or related commercial roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, develop commercial relationships, and create transaction pipelines in competitive markets.
  • Strong capability in financial analysis and commercial decision-making (NPV/IRR, contract economics, credit, and risk frameworks).
  • Experience operating in regulated and/or policy-influenced environments (utilities, transportation, healthcare, etc.).
