We are seeking a compassionate and experienced
Director of Wellness & Assisted Living to lead our assisted living and resident wellness services. This highly visible leadership role combines clinical oversight, operational leadership, and relationship-building to promote exceptional care and an engaging resident experience.
Position: Full-time, salaried, exempt
Location: Onsite in Escondido, California
Annual Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000
To be successful in this role, you will have:- Bachelor's degree
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- At least five years of related experience, including at least two years in long-term care nursing or acute care and at least one year of supervisory experience
- Current RCFE Administrator certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire
- Valid California driver's license
