Brown & Brown is seeking a
Director of Underwritingto join our growing team.
How You Will Contribute:
- Underwrite contract surety bonds - assessing risk acceptability
- Manage daily bid and final bond requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Review new contract bond/account submissions for completeness and compliance with our policies
- Oversee the fiscal status of accounts, including in-depth analysis of annual accounting audits and internal financial statements
- Build and enhance agency relationships 94 schedule regular meetings with established surety companies, visit accounts, and actively identify and secure new surety partnerships
- Drive premium production growth by leveraging strong market knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach
- As Director this person oversee/managed internal underwriters along with training/development of these employees
Pay Range
200,000.00 - 200,000.00 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
