About The Role
The Director of U.S. Operations is one of PopStroke's most critical operational leadership roles, responsible for overseeing performance, leadership development, operational excellence, and long-term growth readiness across all venues.
This leader directly oversees PopStroke's Operating Partners across 21+ venues and plays a pivotal role in ensuring every venue consistently drives revenue, develops future leaders, builds local community presence, and executes the PopStroke brand at the highest level.
This role is not simply about maintaining standards, it is about building the operational engine that powers national growth.

Location: Dallas / Plano, TX (In Office)

What You'll Do
The Director of U.S. Operations is responsible for:

  • Developing elite Operating Partners
  • Building strong internal leadership benches (AOPs, OMs, KMs, AKMs)
  • Driving same-store sales growth
  • Expanding membership penetration
  • Increasing event sales
  • Ensuring operational consistency
  • Leading performance accountability
  • Making difficult people and business decisions when needed
  • Preparing the organization for aggressive future expansion

This leader must teach, coach, challenge, and elevate the field organization while ensuring every venue operates like a high-performing business.
