Job SummaryNatomas Unified School District is seeking a Director of Transportation to begin as early as November 2, 2026. The purpose of the Transportation Department is to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services for students across the District. The Director provides districtwide leadership for student transportation operations, including routing and scheduling, transportation safety, fleet management, driver and staff supervision, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position develops and oversees transportation procedures, monitors service delivery, supports the recruitment and training of transportation staff, and works collaboratively with schools, families, District departments, and community partners to address transportation needs and concerns.
