The Director of Total Compensation Strategy will partner with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of People & Culture initiatives that support the company's vision, anticipated growth, and operational objectives. The Director will drive continuous improvement in key P&C processes, systems, and services that support the scalability and growth of the organization, ensuring the Center of Excellence is a demonstration of excellence in People & Culture.
Essential Functions- Lead the design, planning and execution of compensation initiatives, emphasizing pay-for-performance principles to attract top talent and drive associate engagement and productivity
- Establish regular channels and processes to promote associate understanding of compensation philosophy and incentive plans
- Provide strategic leadership over payroll and payroll initiatives including process optimization and collaboration across the COE and Finance & Accounting departments
- Lead development of the P&C Dashboard process to measure impact and effectiveness of COE
- Develop P&C audit structure, timeline and scorecard for Silver impact investments and partners
- Lead strategic planning and execution for high-impact initiatives
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Data analytics and storytelling to provide actionable insights
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, pay-for-performance models and incentive programs
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
