What You'll Do - KeyResponsibilities:

  • Drive Technology Adoption & Change
    • Lead adoption and change efforts so tools and practices become part of everyday work
    • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Marketing & Communications, supervisors, and operational leaders to build digital and data skills and reinforce responsible use
    • Develop practical communication, training, and feedback approaches for team members with varying levels of technology and data proficiency
    • Measure adoption and user experience, identify barriers, and adjust approaches, so technology investments produce sustained organizational value
  • Lead Data Governance, Analytics & Business Intelligence
    • Coordinate data from Penn-Mar's business applications into a governed business intelligence platform
    • Lead data governance operations, including ownership, stewardship, definitions, data quality, official sources, reporting standards, access, and issue follow-through
    • Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, secure, understandable, and used in leadership and departmental routines
    • Work with data owners and subject matter experts to define questions, requirements, KPIs, validation, refresh schedules, and success measures; build data literacy and reduce conflicting or manual reports
  • Advance Technology Programs & Transformation
    • Guide and coach managers responsible for enterprise applications and enabling technology while preserving their authority over daily delivery
    • Connect program priorities to Penn-Mar's strategy and mission; identify dependencies, barriers, decisions, and resource needs
    • Coordinate technology adoption, data and analytics, applications, enabling technology, automation, and other digital transformation initiatives
    • Support the advancement of person-centered enabling technology that promotes independence, choice, safety, connection, and quality of life for the people Penn-Mar supports
    • Manage assigned initiatives, vendors, budgets, resources, risks, timelines, dependencies, and outcome reporting


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; equivalent education, certifications, and experience will be considered
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology adoption, organizational change, enterprise applications, data and analytics, enabling technology, or digital transformation
  • Experience coaching managers, leading cross-functional initiatives, and aligning multiple programs around shared organizational goals
  • Experience leading technology adoption, communication, training, workforce enablement, data governance, reporting, analytics, or enterprise data initiatives
  • Strong coaching, communication, facilitation, relationship management, project leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to explain technology, data, privacy, and security expectations in practical terms for technical and nontechnical audiences


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in human services, healthcare, education, or the nonprofit sector
  • Experience supporting a distributed, hybrid, mobile, or BYOD workforce
  • Experience supporting person-centered technology, assistive or enabling technology, digital inclusion, or technology-enabled services
  • Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH, privacy and security requirements, Microsoft 265, cloud platforms, Power BI or comparable analytics platforms, enterprise applications, and project portfolio tools
