The Director of Teaching and Learning will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the school's curriculum and instructional practices. This role ensures that teaching aligns with high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), meets the needs of diverse learners, and drives student achievement. The ideal candidate is an instructional expert who can coach teachers, analyze data, and implement research-based strategies to support student growth and success.
