Director of Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide recruiting and performance management initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy that supports corporate, operational, and frontline teams across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll DoStrategic Leadership- Design and lead the company's enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business and operational goals
- Oversee and enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback
- Partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and Operations to forecast workforce needs and develop scalable staffing models
- Strengthen succession planning initiatives to build long-term organizational capability
Operational Excellence- Lead, mentor, and develop recruiting managers and teams across multiple locations
- Establish recruiting standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance
- Oversee high-volume hiring, new site launches, acquisitions, and expansion efforts
- Manage vendor relationships, including agencies, technology platforms, and external partners
- Own and manage the recruiting budget to ensure cost-effective hiring strategies
Data, Technology & Employer Brand- Drive recruiting analytics and metrics to improve effectiveness, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting technology and workflows
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer branding efforts
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, technical school partnerships, and community outreach
Compliance & Governance- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain strong governance practices across all recruiting and performance management functions
What You Bring- 8+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide performance management programs in large-scale, multi-site, or high-volume environments
- Strong expertise in recruiting technology, sourcing strategies, HR practices, employment law, compliance, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and operational stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
- Knowledge of UKG Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- Flexibility to support field operations as needed

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work onsite four days per week
