Full Job Description
  • Develops and executes strategic talent acquisition initiatives that attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent aligned with the agency's mission, values, and workforce priorities.
  • Builds proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, community partnerships, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Partners with operational leaders to understand workforce challenges, anticipate staffing needs, and develop targeted recruitment strategies for critical positions and service areas.
  • Partners with Marketing and organizational leaders to strengthen the agency's employer brand, recruitment messaging, and outreach efforts.
  • Leads recruitment for senior leadership and People & Culture roles while providing strategic guidance and support for broader recruitment needs.
  • Uses applicant tracking system data and workforce analytics to monitor trends, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, establish performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partners with recruitment vendors and technology providers to optimize processes, improve efficiencies, and maximize available resources.
  • Evaluates and evolves the Talent Acquisition function, including team structure, processes, tools, and workflows, to improve effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and development to the Talent Acquisition team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and alignment with agency values.
  • Ensures recruitment practices, processes, and documentation comply with applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including OPWDD and OCFS standards.
