About the Role:

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and oversee the entire talent acquisition strategy within a dynamic environment, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent to support business growth and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in developing innovative recruitment processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to align talent acquisition efforts with the company's strategic objectives. The Director will collaborate with the HR team and Operations, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to optimize team effectiveness and candidate experience. Additionally, this position requires staying abreast of industry trends and labor market dynamics to proactively address workforce needs and maintain a competitive advantage. Ultimately, the Director of Talent Acquisition will drive initiatives that enhance employer branding and promote an engagement workplace culture across all production sites in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies in a complex, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or an MBA.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics platforms specific to manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter).
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reduces internal turnover rate by managing the selection process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing partners to expand the candidate pipeline.
