Full Job Description
The pay for this position is $120,000-$130,000 annually.

3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!

9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time

HCRS is seeking a full-time Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation to join our Human Resources team. This role provides strategic leadership for HCRS' talent acquisition function and is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce. This position partners with organizational leaders to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruitment practices, and ensure an equitable and candidate-centered hiring experience.

To be considered, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and compensation.
  • At least three years of experience leading or supervising recruitment or Human Resources professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies for high-volume, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruitment technology, and workforce data.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.
  • Strong project management, consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, nurses, direct-support professionals, senior leaders, and other specialized professionals is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizations with multiple programs, service locations, or geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
