  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in higher education, enrollment management, marketing/communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or initiatives from concept through implementation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working within higher education environments, including collaboration with faculty, academic units, and shared governance structures.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functional areas to achieve organizational goals.
  • Experience supervising staff and/or leading teams with accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent leadership effectively in meetings and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in higher education, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in higher education, with direct involvement in enrollment growth, recruitment strategy, or campus expansion initiatives.
  • Experience supporting or working closely with executive leadership, including translating strategic priorities into operational plans.
  • Familiarity with data-informed decision-making, including tracking and evaluating enrollment or engagement metrics.
  • Experience working across multi-campus or decentralized university environments.


Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Vice President in advancing key priorities for the Round
Rock Campus, with a focus on enrollment growth, campus expansion, and regional impact.

Job Duties
  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives that support growth and the continued awareness and expansion of the Round Rock Campus, ensuring alignment with priorities established by the Vice President.
  • Translate growth strategies into actionable plans, working across academic and administrative units to ensure coordinated and effective implementation.
  • Represent the Round Rock Campus on university committees, effectively communicating priorities and advancing initiatives within shared governance structures.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Round Rock Campus value proposition, target student populations, and broader marketing strategy to ensure consistent and effective messaging across initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, admissions, academic programs, and student services to drive recruitment efforts and support enrollment outcomes.
  • Oversee and ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment-related events, including open houses, community outreach, and yield activities.
  • Supervise and provide direction to assigned staff ensuring performance aligns with campus enrollment and growth objectives.
  • Monitor progress on growth initiatives, identify gaps, and implement adjustments to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates, briefings, and recommendations to the Vice President on initiative progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, enhance coordination, and improve the overall effectiveness of campus growth efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
