Full Job Description
Director of Strategic Execution Duties:

The Director of Strategic Execution is responsible for building and leading the company's enterprise execution capability - bridging strategy, operations, and technology to ensure the right work is prioritized, defined, and delivered with measurable business outcomes.

This role serves as the business counterpart to Technology and the bridge between executive intent and operational reality and will own enterprise initiative governance, cross-functional program orchestration, business architecture, and value realization - ensuring the company's strategic investments translate into tangible results.

Pay Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
Base salary but bonus earning potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Establish and own a single enterprise intake process for all cross-functional strategic initiatives, including portfolio prioritization using data-driven frameworks.
  • Lead enterprise strategic initiatives from concept through implementation - orchestrating work that spans multiple departments where no single function owns the outcome.
  • Implement and maintain initiative governance including stage-gate reviews, health checks, steering committee cadences, and full visibility into dependencies and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary business counterpart to Technology - translating business needs into well-defined requirements, coordinating UAT, validating solutions, and aligning initiative priorities and timelines with delivery capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant internal functions to ensure process optimization efforts are aligned with compliance regulations and enterprise priorities, continuous improvement initiatives are being identified and implemented, and that strategic initiatives benefit from operational excellence methodologies.
  • Manage and develop enterprise program managers who coordinate cross-functional delivery; serve as the escalation point for initiative blockers and competing priorities.
  • Drive business architecture thinking and define the operating model for how enterprise work flows across functions, including decision rights, handoffs, and process redesign opportunities.
  • Partner with the Director of AI and Data to identify business problems suited for AI or automation, participate in joint prioritization, and define business success metrics for AI-driven solutions.
  • Establish a business outcomes framework - measuring whether initiatives deliver promised value through ROI tracking, adoption rates, and benefit realization against original projections.
  • Report on portfolio health, resource utilization, and initiative velocity to the executive team on a regular cadence.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in operations, enterprise transformation, project management, or business execution leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role and cross-functional accountability.
  • Experience driving complex initiatives from strategy through implementation with measurable outcomes and bridging business and technology organizations required.
  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP) or program management certification (PfMP, MSP) and experience managing or partnering with continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma teams preferred.
