Overview

Are you an experienced Director of Social Services (LMSW or LCSW) seeking a rewarding career that aligns with your lifestyle? Look no further than Voyages Behavioral Health Hospital, where we are proud to offer competitive rates and an extensive benefits package designed to suit your needs.

Responsibilities

Supervision of the social services necessary to meet the legal, organizational, medical staff and regulatory agency guidelines.
Supervise therapy services, case management, education, and discharge planning.
Provide guidance and supervision of other social works, therapists, and interns.
All duties to be done in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations, PAM Health policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.

Qualifications

Must be a LMSW or LCSW in the state in which the hospital resides.
Current BLS certification.
Crisis management certifications per hospital policy and standards required.
3-5 years clinical experience and 2-3 years in an appropriate supervisory role.
