This is an opportunity to shape the growth of a differentiated service brand, build an exceptional sales organization, and lead a team committed to becoming among the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Development
• Lead the sales strategy for Unified Restorations' Specialty Contents services, including artwork, textiles, electronics, and related restoration services.
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team as the company continues to grow.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and mentor sales professionals.
• Establish clear expectations for sales activity, pipeline development, account management, and revenue performance.
• Meet individual and team sales objectives, including revenue, client engagement, and business development goals.
• Develop sales processes, accountability measures, territory strategies, and performance expectations that support scalable growth.
• Provide leadership with market insight, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and recommendations for improving sales performance.
• Work directly with the President and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve how Unified Restorations delivers services to customers.

Business Development & Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, restoration contractors, property professionals, claims organizations, and other referral partners.
• Prospect for new accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Identify key regional targets and develop strategies for converting those opportunities into long-term relationships.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, meetings, site visits, and other business development activities.
• Serve as a senior relationship manager for strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
• Represent Unified Restorations professionally at industry events, meetings, associations, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and respond quickly to customer needs.

Sales Execution & Opportunity Management
• Consistently perform the daily activities necessary to develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, account information, and client interactions within the company's CRM platform, Salesforce.
• Develop account plans, revenue forecasts, and sales strategies for key clients and territories.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, client retention, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate closely with operations, project management, estimating, administration, and restoration teams to ensure client expectations align with operational capabilities.
• Help transition opportunities from initial client engagement through project initiation and long-term account management.

Field & Client Support
• Respond to residential and commercial property losses when sales or client support requires an on-site presence.
• Enter properties that may have been affected by fire, smoke, water, or other damage to meet with clients and understand project needs.
• Support coordination between clients and Unified Restorations' estimating, project management, logistics, and restoration teams.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the Unified Restorations brand.
• Safely operate company vehicles when required and in accordance with company policies.
• As a member of a growing organization, occasionally assist with responsibilities outside the traditional scope of sales leadership when necessary to support customers or company operations.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be both a strong individual business developer and an effective sales leader.

Ideal candidates will have:
• A proven track record of success in relationship-based, business-to-business sales.
• Experience meeting or exceeding revenue goals and managing measurable sales activity.
• Experience building, managing, and developing sales teams.
• Strong prospecting, consultative selling, account development, and relationship-management skills.
• The ability to establish credibility with executives, insurance professionals, contractors, property owners, and other decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence delivering presentations, leading meetings, negotiating, and developing strategic relationships.
• Strong sales forecasting, account planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A high degree of personal accountability and the ability to perform effectively without direct supervision.
• A professional, service-oriented approach consistent with the Unified Restorations brand.

Experience within insurance claims, property restoration, remediation, specialty contents, construction, or a related industry is highly valued.

Required Background
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, insurance claims, restoration, remediation, construction, or a related industry.
• Five or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience, preferably involving consultative or relationship-based selling.
• Prior experience leading or developing sales professionals strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance claims, adjusters, restoration contractors, or the property-loss industry is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market and occasionally travel out of town.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours when client or emergency-response needs require it.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and related business software.

Because this position may occasionally participate in site visits or field activities, candidates must also be able to:
• Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Safely use ladders or scaffolding when appropriate.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Enter residential, commercial, warehouse, and restoration environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

This position includes a combination of base salary, commission, and performance-based incentive compensation.
• Expected total annual compensation package: $80,000-$150,000+
• Compensation consists of base salary plus commission and applicable performance bonuses.
• Uncapped commission opportunity provides additional earning potential for exceptional performance.
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance may be provided at the company's discretion.
• Additional performance incentives may be available based on individual, team, and company results.

Actual compensation will depend on experience, sales performance, responsibilities, and revenue growth.

Benefits Include
• Paid vacation
• Paid sick leave
• Paid company holidays
• Floating holidays, subject to company policy
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options

This role offers the opportunity to do more than inherit an existing sales territory. The Director of Sales will have the opportunity to build the sales organization, develop strategic relationships, shape our go-to-market strategy, and directly influence the next stage of Unified Restorations' growth.

We are looking for a leader who wants to build something meaningful and who can combine personal sales performance with the ability to develop a team capable of scaling with the company.
