About the Role:
The Director, Sales leads Prisma's enterprise sales strategy across the multifamily rental housing & HOA industry. This role owns new logo acquisition, pipeline development, forecasting, and the systems needed to scale revenue. The leader will both build the sales organization and personally close large multifamily operators and ownership groups.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Own Prisma's new-business strategy within the multifamily rental housing & HOA ecosystem.
- Build and manage the sales team (SDRs/AEs) with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Develop a disciplined enterprise sales process for multi-property, high-value deals.
- Pipeline Development.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through outbound programs, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Maintain high-quality pipeline metrics, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Player / Coach
- Personally close strategic accounts (1,000+ units).
- Lead conversations with owners, COOs, VPs of Operations, IT leaders, and procurement.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving PMS integrations, payment workflows, resident banking features, and rev-share structures.
- Build compelling ROI analyses tailored to multifamily operations and financial outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Marketing on demand generation and messaging.
- Partner with Client Success for smooth close onboarding adoption.
- Coordinate with Product/Engineering on roadmap feedback from multifamily operators.
- Collaborate with Finance on pricing, rev-share models, and revenue planning.
Systems & Process
- Implement scalable systems for outreach, sequencing, demos, proposals, and forecasting.
- Develop CRM KPIs and manage each with the team to ensure accuracy, discipline, and accountability.
- Maintain competitive awareness within the multifamily PropTech landscape (Bilt, Livly, PMS providers, etc.).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Sports & Entertainment team and play a key role in expanding Priority Commerce's presence across professional sports, collegiate athletics, leagues, venues, and entertainment organizations. You'll work alongside industry veterans while helping shape the future of commerce within one of the company's fastest-growing verticals.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7+ years enterprise SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or payments sales experience.
- 5+ Experience in Rent/ HOA payments.
- Proven success selling into multifamily property management companies or ownership groups.
- Previous Startup/scale-up experience.
- Strong command of long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience building or scaling a sales team.
- Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical background for KPIs, dashboards, and revenue modeling.
- Ability to navigate procurement, legal terms, and revenue-share agreements.
Preferred
- Experience in banking, payments, payables, leasing.
- Familiarity with B2B2C property management models.
- Understanding of payment security, compliance, and resident data requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $144k -$167k
