Full Job Description
Summary

Are you a producing real estate agent who knows how to sell, serve clients, and create results, but you are starting to feel called to something bigger than your own production?

Maybe you love the sales process. You understand lead generation, conversion, follow-up, appointments, agreements, contracts, and client care. You know what it takes to win in this business because you have done the work yourself.

But now you are curious about leadership.

Not leadership as a title. Leadership as responsibility.

At Elite Realty Group, powered by PLACE, we are looking for a producing agent who wants to grow into a Director of Sales role focused on increasing the sales volume, skill, accountability, and production of the agents on the team.

This role is for someone who wants to help agents turn activity into appointments, appointments into agreements, agreements into contracts, and contracts into closings.

You will help lead the sales floor, coach agents, support internal lead generation, inspect what we expect, and help create the standards and consistency that drive team growth.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to tell people what to do. We do not need a clipboard warrior. Real estate already has enough of those, and most of them have very strong opinions about fonts.

This is a role for someone who can model the work, coach the work, track the work, and help others grow through the work.

The right person is both sales-minded and people-minded. You understand that production comes from skills, habits, mindset, standards, and consistent conversations. You also understand that agents need encouragement, accountability, coaching, and sometimes a loving push back toward the basics.

This opportunity is for a producing agent who wants to help build something bigger, grow other agents, increase team sales volume, and create a stronger client experience through better agent performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support team agents in growing their sales production

Help agents convert lead generation activities into appointments, agreements, contracts, and closings

Coach agents on buyer consultations, seller consultations, pricing conversations, objection handling, follow-up, scripts, and conversion

Support internal lead generation systems and help agents maximize opportunities from team-generated leads

Inspect daily and weekly sales activities, including calls, contacts, appointments set, appointments held, agreements signed, contracts written, and closings

Help establish and maintain team sales standards, expectations, and accountability rhythms

Participate in and help lead team huddles, trainings, script practice, sales meetings, and coaching sessions

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching conversations with agents to review goals, pipeline, activity, skill gaps, and next steps

Support agents in building strong calendars, lead generation habits, and follow-up systems

Partner with leadership and operations to improve sales systems, client experience, lead flow, and conversion tracking

Identify where agents are stuck and help create clear plans to move them forward

Help onboard and develop new agents into productive team members

Recognize and celebrate agent wins while also addressing missed standards or lack of activity

Use PLACE technology and team tools to track performance, identify trends, and drive production

Contribute to recruiting, retention, and leadership conversations as the team grows

Model professionalism, ownership, emotional steadiness, and high standards

Protect and strengthen the culture of Elite Realty Group

Compensation is based on leadership structure, sales production, team growth, and performance.

This role may include a combination of commission opportunities, leadership compensation, and production-based incentives depending on experience, responsibilities, and team needs.

Income depends on leadership impact, agent production growth, team sales volume, implementation of systems, and personal contribution to the business.

Qualifications

Active real estate license required

Proven real estate sales production experience required

Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion, consultations, contracts, negotiation, and client service

Desire to grow as a leader, coach, and sales strategist

Ability to hold people accountable with both clarity and care

Strong communication and coaching skills

Comfortable leading meetings, trainings, script practice, and one-on-one conversations

Organized and able to track numbers, inspect activity, and follow up consistently

Growth-minded, learning-based, and open to coaching yourself

Willing to model the standards you expect from others

Confident, but humble enough to keep learning

Positive, professional, and solutions-focused

Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead through different personalities, production levels, and challenges

Motivated by helping others succeed, not just personal recognition

Comfortable having honest conversations when goals, standards, or commitments are not being met

Resilient, consistent, and able to stay focused when agents get discouraged, distracted, or dramatic, because real estate does love a plot twist

Values honesty, ownership, servant leadership, hard work, and doing the right thing

Committed to helping agents build skill, confidence, consistency, and income

Excited by the opportunity to help grow team sales volume through coaching, accountability, systems, and internal lead generation
