We're hiring a Director of Health System Sales to build and scale our health system vertical. This is a highly strategic, execution-focused role responsible for generating pipeline, closing complex enterprise deals, and developing referral-based partnership opportunities as a core sales motion.
You'll lead sales cycles with health systems and help define how OpenLoop wins in this segment.
What You'll Do- Drive Revenue from Health Systems via Referral partnerships. Build, manage and grow a pipeline of health system partners (IDNs, large independent primary care, and regional and national hospitals)
- Own vertical performance driving forecasting, exceeding goals for both new-account generation and activation of patient referrals from secured accounts
- Position OpenLoop as a leading health system partner solution to extend care delivery, address capacity, and close care gaps, starting in the fields of clinical nutrition and medical weight loss, but working with leadership to expand capabilities into other verticals
- Inform Health system go to market and operational infrastructure by buildingthe playbooks, deal registration systems, and reporting dashboards that move the channel from a "pilot" phase to a repeatable, high-growth revenue stream.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure clinical, product, operations, and customer support are all informed and aligned prior to health system implementation and successful launch
Who you are:- 8-12+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Activation within B2B Healthcare, ideally working with large health systems and provider groups
- A deep professional network and fluency in health systems, ideally in outpatient services, primary care, and/or provider network
- Proven experience establishing referral relationships with large provider groups, from introductory call through to implementation and program launch.
- Preferred experience with more complex financial relationships with health systems, including joint ventures or other strategic partnerships
