Full Job Description
About Elite Insurance Group Elite Insurance Group is a multi-tier Medicare agency network supporting thousands of agents and agencies across dozens of sub-organizations nationwide. EIG combines deep Medicare distribution expertise with a growing internal technology platform (Elite Intelligence) and CRM/lead operations infrastructure to give agency partners a competitive edge in production, compliance, and growth. Position Summary EIG is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement & Resources to own the systems, data, training, and sales resources that help agency partners and downlines sell more effectively — CRM administration (GoHighLevel), data reporting, and process standardization across the network. This role is designed to absorb and scale the enablement work currently carried out directly by the CMO, freeing executive leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring agency partners have reliable tools, accurate data, and clear, repeatable resources to grow their business. This is a hands-on leadership role: equal parts systems administrator, data steward, and change agent for agency partners adopting new tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities Agency Partner & Downline Enablement - Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners and downlines adopting EIG's CRM, reporting, and platform tools. - Design and deliver training programs (live and documented) that bring new and existing agencies up to speed on standardized processes. - Identify inconsistent or inefficient processes across sub-agencies and drive standardization — turning tribal knowledge into repeatable, documented workflows. - Build feedback loops with agency partners to surface pain points and prioritize fixes or enhancements. - Develop and maintain a central library of sales resources — playbooks, marketing plan templates, carrier RTS/SEP guides, and targeting materials — that agency partners can self-serve. CRM & Platform Administration (GoHighLevel) - Own day-to-day administration of the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM environment across EIG and its sub-agency accounts, including sub-account structure, permissions, pipelines, and automations. - Manage and troubleshoot integrations feeding into GHL (call tracking, lead sources, webhooks) and ensure data flowing in and out stays clean and reliable. - Reconcile CRM usage and billing against agency/sub-account activity to keep cost allocation accurate. - Build and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual work for agents and agency admins. Data Reporting & Business Intelligence - Own recurring reporting pipelines (weekly production, agency/agent summaries, call performance, SEP/DST tracking) and ensure they run on schedule with accurate, audit-ready output. - Serve as the primary point of accountability for reporting accuracy across the agency hierarchy — production, persistency, accretion, and compliance metrics. - Partner with leadership to translate raw carrier, CRM, and platform data into decision-ready reporting for agency partners and executive stakeholders. - Maintain and extend the Elite Intelligence platform's reporting and business intelligence modules (Reporting & Insights, Production Intelligence, Book of Business Intelligence, Carrier Performance) in coordination with development resources. Systems Oversight & Vendor Management - Oversee EIG's core technology stack, including the Elite Intelligence platform, EnrollHere account creation and training, and third-party integrations (e.g., carrier RTS feeds, Sunfire, call tracking vendors). - Manage relationships and technical coordination with external vendors and development resources supporting EIG's platforms. - Maintain data integrity standards across systems — preferring incomplete-but-accurate data over complete-but-misleading data, consistent with EIG's operating philosophy. - Support compliance-related data and case management needs in coordination with the compliance function. Qualifications - 5+ years in a CRM administration, business systems, data/reporting, or agency/partner training leadership role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a multi-location/franchise-style organization. - Hands-on administration experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform. - Strong data fluency — comfortable in Excel/spreadsheets at an advanced level; SQL or reporting-tool experience strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience training and supporting a distributed network of partners, franchisees, or downline organizations. - Track record of turning ad hoc or inconsistent processes into documented, standardized, repeatable workflows. - Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate technical topics for non-technical agency partners. - Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, builder-operator culture. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) - Medicare Advantage / health insurance industry experience, particularly within an FMO/agency hierarchy structure. - Familiarity with Sunfire, carrier RTS/enrollment data, or SEP/DST tracking processes. - Exposure to modern web application stacks (React, Node/Express, PostgreSQL) sufficient to collaborate effectively with development resources on internal platform work. - Experience with call tracking/call center technology (e.g., Retreaver or similar). - Prior experience in a role that combined data/reporting ownership with direct agency or franchisee training. Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) - Agency partners have a documented, repeatable onboarding and training path for EIG's tools and processes. - CRM and core reporting pipelines run reliably with minimal executive involvement. - Reporting accuracy and turnaround times improve measurably across production, persistency, and compliance metrics. - A clear backlog and prioritization process exists for platform/reporting improvements, informed directly by agency partner feedback. What AmeriLife Offers A comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability insurance, and life insurance.
