Job Description
The Director of Sales & Marketing leads revenue growth initiatives by driving strategic business development, customer acquisition, account expansion, and high-performance sales team leadership. This hands-on role oversees both sales and marketing operations, shaping long-term strategies that increase market presence and deepen customer relationships. The Director actively mentors and develops team members, engages directly with key customers, and ensures disciplined execution of sales and marketing programs that support organizational growth. Frequent travel and regular face-to-face interaction with customers are essential aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales and marketing professionals who consistently meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Establish clear individual and team performance goals that align with organizational growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Travel 3/4 weeks of the month on site to clients to drive business development
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and accountability to drive sales results and strengthen marketing execution.
