Director of RN Critical Care
Location: Wilson, North Carolina
Full-time

Job Overview:
As the Director of RN Critical Care, this position requires effective management of the Critical Care Unit, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. The director will lead, motivate, and supervise the nursing staff while focusing on achieving quality improvement goals and maintaining a patient-centered culture.
