Director of Revenue Management

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Optimize room inventory and pricing: Lead strategic management of group and transient inventory, including rate controls, blackout dates, and sellout strategies, to maximize revenue
  • Drive revenue performance: Evaluate key metrics, historical data, and market trends to refine pricing strategies and revenue management processes, ensuring maximum profitability across all revenue streams
  • Conduct forecasting and market analysis: Oversee demand forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and local events monitoring to identify revenue opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to align strategies that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee department operations: Manage daily revenue functions, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective execution of revenue initiatives
  • Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
