Who You AreYou're a revenue cycle leader who thinks in KPIs, denial trends, and net collection ratios, but you never lose sight of the fact that every claim represents a real person on their worst day. You could be:
- An EMS/ambulance billing veteran who knows ALS/BLS levels, PCR documentation, and CMS ambulance reimbursement like the back of your hand, or
- A hospital, physician group, or allied-health revenue cycle leader with some EMS exposure somewhere in your story. Maybe you billed for an ambulance client, worked alongside an EMS service line, or started your career in the field before moving into the business side of healthcare.
Either way, you're a strategic thinker, a confident negotiator, and a leader who can rally a large team around a shared standard of excellence, while keeping compliance airtight and cash flowing.
