Key Responsibilities:- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for rehab program growth, quality improvement, and patient outcomes.
- Overseeing compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with medical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications:- Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting.
- Proven ability to drive team engagement, clinical outcomes, and operational performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
