We're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Director of Rehab to lead our team of dedicated therapists and help shape the future of rehabilitative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for rehab program growth, quality improvement, and patient outcomes.

  • Overseeing compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and documentation requirements.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with medical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless care delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a rehab setting.

  • Proven ability to drive team engagement, clinical outcomes, and operational performance.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
