Graduate of an accredited PT/OT/SLP/COTA/PTA program.
Current and active therapy license or registration in state employed.
Experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or ADOR.
Completion of orientation required by company policy.
Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Proof of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities
Evaluate a Resident's condition and oversee the therapy department.
Attend meetings to oversee the quality and care of the therapy department.
Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.
