Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted professional license in state (PT, PTA, OT, or COTA)
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation regulations and reimbursement systems
• Adherence to state continuing education requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative, solution-oriented leadership style
• Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, clinical, and operational efforts for rehabilitation services
• Ensure high-quality, compliant therapy service delivery
• Manage financial sustainability of therapy services
• Oversee physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology
• Drive exceptional patient outcomes across rehabilitation disciplines
• Foster a supportive and mission-driven team environment
• Recruit and develop therapy staff for continued excellence
