Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking an experienced & talented Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to support our community in Excelsior Springs, MO.

As a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you will provide visionary leadership and oversight to our rehabilitation programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes, while collaborating with facility administrators, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to rehabilitation programs across assigned locations.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as needed.
