Director of Rehabilitation -

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy services at Payette Healthcare of Cascadia and Weiser Care of Cascadia. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of residents in both facilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise therapy staff including physical, occupational, and speech therapists

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and independence

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy services, making adjustments as needed

- Manage departmental budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of patient progress and outcomes

- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field

- Valid state licensure or certification in one of the respective therapy disciplines

- Proven experience in rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in rehabilitation therapy

- Ability to develop and implement effective programs and workflows

- Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
