Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) who finds purpose in helping older adults regain mobility, confidence, and dignity - while leading a therapy team that delivers meaningful outcomes every day.

This role blends clinical practice with leadership. You'll shape team culture, support clinicians, and partner with facility leadership to ensure therapy services remain patient-centered, compliant, and sustainable.

What a Day Looks Like

As DOR, your work is relationship-driven, collaborative, and highly impactful.

You'll lead a medically complex geriatric therapy program while maintaining an active patient caseload.
