In this role, you will: - Lead recruiting strategy, execution, and performance across assigned regions or markets, aligning team priorities with client staffing needs and organizational growth goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop Recruiting Team Leads and recruiting team members, fostering urgency, ownership, collaboration, professional growth, and accountability for staffing outcomes.
- Guide recruiting leaders and their teams in moving clinicians from initial engagement through onboarding and successful first-shift placement.
- Partner closely with recruiting, regional, branch, and clinical leadership to prioritize staffing needs, address market challenges, and remove barriers to clinician placement.
- Monitor recruiting and staffing performance, including candidate progression, pipeline health, clinician starts, successful first shifts, team productivity, and follow-up patterns, using data to identify trends and guide improvement efforts.
- Identify gaps or delays in recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and staffing workflows, and lead improvements to processes, systems, tools, reporting, and team resources.
- Ensure consistent execution of recruiting processes, documentation standards, communication expectations, company procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal or external partners on recruitment marketing, sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, and staffing initiatives.
- Model Angels of Care's HALOS values and promote a positive, collaborative, and high-accountability recruiting culture.
