About the PositionThe
Director of Quality will lead the development and implementation of the company's enterprise-wide quality program. Rather than inheriting a mature system, you'll have the opportunity to shape the vision, establish meaningful performance metrics, build a high-performing quality team, and create processes that support operational excellence across every project.

builder's mindset-someone who earns trust, develops relationships, coaches project teams, and helps operations succeed. The company is looking for a collaborative partner who improves outcomes through influence, education, and practical problem solving, not by carrying a clipboard looking for deficiencies.
Working closely with executive leadership, operations, project management, and field teams, you will help create a culture where quality is embedded into every phase of project delivery.
