General Summary:

This position is responsible for leading a portfolio of data- and AI-powered product experiences serving mid-market and enterprise customers. The Director of Product Management sets product and customer experience strategy, owns product roadmaps, drives discovery, and partners closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that create measurable commercial value. This role serves as the voice of the customer in platform planning and ensures customer needs are translated into intuitive, scalable, and trusted product experiences.

Essential Job Functions: *
  1. Own the end-to-end customer experience roadmap across a portfolio of data and AI-powered products, from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion.
  2. Define and communicate experience principles that translate complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive, high-value product experiences for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  3. Serve as the primary customer advocate in platform planning, identifying experience gaps and translating them into clear product and platform requirements.
  4. Drive continuous customer discovery across buyers, end users, technical stakeholders, and economic decision-makers to inform roadmap priorities.
  5. Lead experience reviews and influence executive, platform, and GTM stakeholders to align on product direction and customer impact.
  6. Define how AI and agentic capabilities are surfaced within the product, ensuring explainability, trust, transparency, and compliance with legal and privacy requirements.
  7. Partner with Go-To-Market, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure product experiences support commercial goals, onboarding success, and retention.
  8. Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, setting expectations, coaching performance, and fostering strong discovery and delivery practices.
  9. Establish success metrics tied to customer adoption, engagement, retention, onboarding effectiveness, and AI experience quality.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
  1. Strong knowledge of product management practices, customer discovery, and experience design for complex B2B data and AI products.
  2. Ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product and platform requirements.
  3. Skilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  4. Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.
  6. Working knowledge of AI-powered product experiences, data platforms, and B2B data workflows.


Education, Experience, and Certification: *
  1. Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years at the Director level leading customer-facing product experiences across a product portfolio.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing and developing Product Managers.
  4. Experience leading enterprises or mid-market B2B data, platform, or AI-enabled products required.

Scope of Job:
  1. Direct supervisory responsibility for Product Management staff.
  2. Works under general direction with significant autonomy and accountability for results.
  3. Working conditions are generally good, with occasional travel (approximately 10-15%).

  5. Regular and frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers.
