Oversee monthly variable billing processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with client usage.
Hardware Procurement & Fulfillment
Manage end-to-end hardware procurement, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
Optimize ordering, logistics, and fulfillment workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Implement inventory forecasting and controls to support high-quality client service.
Vendor Management
Serve as the executive point of contact for technology, hardware, and licensing vendors.
