DIRECTOR OF POLICY & COMMUNICATIONS, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), to contribute to its mission of promoting evidence-informed policy as part of J-PAL's Leadership & Policy & Communication team, a diverse and integrated group that works together in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the goal of equipping policymakers, researchers, and staff with the necessary knowledge to conduct rigorous impact evaluations.

Job Requirements REQUIRED : Master's degree with a concentration in economics or development; a minimum of fifteen years of work experience in the field(s)of public policy, international development, and economics; background in both international development policy and economics to effectively translate the academic research in development economics to policy lessons. This can be through university degrees and/or work experience. PREFERRED : Ph.D. in Economics or in Public Policy; or a dual degree in both economics and public policy.
