The selected individual will oversee implementation of introducing plumbing tradelines in our HVAC companies at all branches throughout the Southeast.
Pay Range: $135,000- $155,000
Responsibilities:- Implement Plumbing Divisions as a tradeline is introduced into HVAC companies.
- Work on site at each location to ensure they are successful introducing plumbing to their customers.
- A minimum of 50% travel will be necessary - we are currently in SC, GA, AL, NC, TN.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in plumbing and management.
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in implementing plumbing tradelines.
- Previous consultant experience for start ups.
Travel could be 40 weeks of the first year!
