As a full time, Director of Pharmacy at River Valley Behavioral you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.

Primary Responsibilities:- Supervises the maintenance and dissemination of drug information through in-service education of hospital personnel, consultation with patients, hospital staff, and medical staff.
- Actively assists staff pharmacists in the discharge of routing duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:- BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Licensed pharmacist in the State of KY in good standing
- 1+ years of recent pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of Pharmacy management
- 3+ years of hospital experience

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
