Position Summary

The Director of Operations, under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, will be responsible for continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.

Position Details
  • Location: Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed
  • Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications.


Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, you will on continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.
  • Define and track KPIs performance, patient experience, and business team productivity
  • Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows
  • Collaborating with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations
  • Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency
  • Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets
  • Additional duties as assigned
