Full Job Description
SFM is looking for a Director of Operations to add to our team. The Director of Operations is responsible for managing and coordinating operational strategies for our Account Management team to ensure our goals and objectives are achieved.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is results-oriented, innovative, and analytical. They will enjoy problem solving, embrace change, and have the ability to see and control the big picture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manages and coordinates operational strategies for the Account Manager team to ensure the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborates in the development and implementation of operational policies, practices, and procedures, making recommendations for additions or changes when needed.
• Assigns responsibility for specified client locations and/or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to supervisors/staff.
• Oversees the bid process for all clients.
• Works with Senior Account Managers to determine the need for and/or approve margin changes on change order reports.
• Addresses and works to resolve escalated client and vendor questions, issues, and concerns.
• Participates in the hiring process for new Operations team members.
• Provides regular feedback, coaching, and guidance for direct reports; conducts annual performance reviews.
• Attends and represents SFM at industry events.
• Completes weekly reports for the CEO/Chairman within designated time frames.
• All other duties as assigned.
